Cherish the good moments. When something goes your way remember the great feelings you have. Keep focused on the feelings and be grateful for them. Stay away from saying things like “okay this went my way but now I have to worry about this.” Don’t keep moving from one worry to another but keep moving from one happy feeling to the next. It will make all the difference when a problem does come your way. Your state of mind will be much better to handle it than if you’re falling apart and angry. Keep the good vibes alive:)
