Complaining- it’s like starting a landslide. You start with “oh look at this” and then “oh look at how bad this is” and then its “Oh no, this is happening again” and what have you got? A landslide of negativity that just keeps coming like a series of tsunamis on the beach.

The trick is to stop with the first “oh no” and change it up to something like “okay, so this is the situation, what’s my next step?” That is positive action at its best and positive breeds more positive and you’ll feel like you’re in the clouds instead of under the rocks:)
