Set It Aside

Set is aside daily…quiet time. Time to meditate on how your day went, how you can make it better, and if it was fantastic already, then spend time being grateful about it. Time spent in this way is never a waste. In fact, it will help your days be happier and more productive

Be a Good One!

Be a good one…a friend that is! Be a good listener and offer sincere from the heart suggestions. Be there just to hold a hand or offer a smile. Everyone can use a helping hand at some point in their lives and it’s a wonderful feeling to be the one to offer that help!

Hang In There

Hang in there and don’t give up! What you want just could be around the corner, but if you don’t keep walking and turn that corner you just might miss it. So…keep going!

Are You Clear?

Are you clear on what you want? Are you spending the time visualizing it and affirming it or are you changing your ideas like you change your socks? Spend some time in quiet contemplation and dig deep down to find what will make you happy and focus on that:)

When Was the Last Time?

When was the last time you did something nice for yourself? Can you even remember? When you do nice things for yourself you reinforce the fact that you are important and that you matter. So stop what you’re doing, take a break and be good to yourself right now!

Don’t Be Afraid

Don’t be afraid. So many of the things you worry about never happen at all (except in your mind) Stand up and face the things you fear head on. Doing so shores up your confidence and helps you ‘beat down’ those villains that try to steal your peace of mind.


Talk…just what kind goes on in your head? Just for today monitor what you think. Are you encouraging yourself. Are you saying things like “I can do this” and “this is going to be a great day,” or are you waking up just to want to pull the covers back over your head and hide there?

The way you talk to yourself really will determine how your day goes and how your life goes…for that matter. So watch your “talk”
