May you have the best, the happiest, the healthiest New Year ever!
Time to reflect on the past year Time to see how far you’ve come and where you would like to go from here. It’s also a time to mend fences and to start new. Time to let the past go and embrace the future.
Ya gotta keep at it…when you have a goal. Don’t quit at the first sign of frustration. Don’t quit when something doesn’t exactly go your way…the Universe is just showing youa better way to get what you want.
You deserve it…some relaxation or a little fun, whatever you like. Realize that appreciating yourself is important because you are important. And what you like to do is important, too. So go for it!
A little patience goes a long way. Think before you get mad. Think about where the other person is coming from and where you can find common ground. Find things you have in common and not the things that can tear you apart.
Look for the best…in everything. Expect situations to turn out well. Spend time pondering a positive outcome and planning for it.
Dwelling on the negative just brings more negative into your life.
Are you drifting through life? Do you half- heartedly wish for things and then change your mind thinking that maybe the next thing to come around the corner may be the thing for you?
If you don’t know what you want then how can you move towards it? If you don’t have a clear idea how can the Universe bring you what you envision?
My post today is short and sweet…Merry Christmas! And to those who do not celebrate Christmas, may you have a wonderful day and may all your dreams come true:)
Think about this…how would your life change if you made a conscious effort to be happier? What if you woke up each day and looked for the good instead of focusing on everything that goes wrong?
C,mon..lighten up! There’s always something to be grateful for no matter how small. When you feel bad, focus on that. Keep focusing on it until the bad feelings drift away.
Keep your focus on the things that make you happy.
