Remember That You Matter


990205258_022Remember that you matter-so take care of yourself. Rest when you need to and don’t keep telling yourself “I’ll rest when I’m done.”  Relax with that iced tea under the shade. Get that massage.

Don’t keep pushing and pushing when you know you’re feeling tired and a little “off” it’s your body’s way of telling you to rest and it’s up to you to listen to it.
