Are you kind…to yourself? What do you say to yourself?Are words of encouragement and self-love running through your mind? Do you take actions that help to improve the quality of your life (regular exercise, check-ups, etc) or do you engage in self destructive behavior? Do you then stand there and then beat yourself up even more? What good is that really doing you anyway?
