Have You Said It Today?


990204522_021Have you said it today…thank you? Have you said those two words? Have you stopped to think about how much you have to be grateful for?

Think about it. Make a list. Review it. Often. Do it now, in fact.

Keep all the things you have to be grateful for in the forefront of your mind. When they start to slip back, getting buried in the events of the day, make it a point to stop what you’re doing and bring them forward again.

When you do this repeatedly things just get better. Try it and see. It works.
