Take every opportunity…to be kind. Don’t let anything pass. Don’t say something like “I’ll be kind tomorrow, I just don’t feel like it today. Being kind not only helps another, but it helps you too. It helps you feel better about yourself. It helps you feel better about the things going on in your life. When you see the smile of someone you just helped then you can’t help but smile too. And that smile lifts you up.
Even if you’re having a “grouchy” kind of day be kind. Even if you have to push yourself at first- be kind. Then notice the difference in your mood. I bet you won’t be so “grouchy” anymore.
