Relax a little- why not try some meditation? Or reading that book you’ve wanted to start- but it just sits there collecting dust. Or how about that project that you got all the supplies for that have been sitting in the corner for the last six months? You know the one- you talk about it all the time but somehow it never moves forward.
Relaxation can mean many things to many different people. But the common thread that seems to unite a lot of those people is that they never seem to make the time for the things they love.
Don’t let that be you- break away from the pack and do something you enjoy; and relax in your own special way.
