Accept Yourself


DSC01709_0006Accept yourself…just as you are. Accept yourself and not worry about what other people think about you, because, as you know. you can’t please everybody anyway.

Celebrate what you excel at and stop constantly comparing yourself to another. We often tend to overestimate the things other people are good at while underestimating the things we do well.

You admire a good friend so why not admire yourself? Why not talk to yourself the way you would talk to someone dear to you?

You’re going to live with yourself for the rest of your life. It would be a lot easier (and feel a lot better) if you looked at yourself in the mirror and told yourself “you’re wonderful.”

Because you are. Period.
