Don’t make them…excuses! They don’t help you; instead, they hold you back. And become aware of them when you make them. Stop yourself, and then say “Hey, there’s no excuse- I need to get this done now.”
The less you make excuses the more you’ll get done. Excuses make you feel bad in the end, although, for a moment they may make you feel relieved. But that relief is short lived.
So don’t make excuses part of your repertoire. Boot them out instead and keep moving forward.
