Focus on what you do have, rather than what you don’t. So many times people complain when they have a bounty before them that they somehow refuse to acknowledge.
Focusing on what you don’t have doesn’t make you feel better- it makes you feel worse. It creates an atmosphere of lack, and it opens a space up for more lack to enter your life. We tend to get what we focus on.
Why not try shifting your focus to the things you DO have. See the difference in the way it makes you feel when you are grateful. When you are grateful you open the door of appreciation, and it allows more things for you to be grateful for. Try it and see.
