How much time- do you focus on what you don’t want? Really…think about it.
We know that courtesy of our old friend the Law of Attraction, that we get what we put our attention- good or bad. And we also know that our old buddy doesn’t recognize the word “don’t” So when we say we “don’t want” something, well then what registers is “want”
You’re not to change your thinking overnight. But if you can get into the habit of noticing your thoughts when you can then you can start to make the change slowly but surely, of putting your attention on what you do want and be guided to take the steps needed to get there.
It’s worth the effort.
