Think twice- before you say something that you can’t take back; before you say something that a thousand “I’m sorry” can’t erase.
Watch your words. Yes it is easy to strike out in anger and get that anger “off your chest” but so many times it does more harm than good. And once you’ve said it then you just can’t undo it.
Words can hurt. Words can crush. Words can cause tears and hard feelings. Think about it- would you like someone to speak to you using harsh words- words that could have been tempered with some humanity first?
Chances are you probably agree that you don’t want people to speak harshly to you- so remember that before you open your mouth when it is your time to speak.
