Are you moving forward each day? Are you taking a step towards what you want each day, or do you say stuff like “I don’t feel like it”
Sometimes we don’t feel like doing something but we need to do it anyway. Once we get started we find that the journey gets easier and we are then more motivated to continue.
Take that step no matter what. Take it even if it the last thing you feel like doing. You won’t feel like that for long after you start to move.
