Take a little time…for some “down” time. Some ‘relax-a-little-bit” time. Try a little meditation- no you don’t have to sit twisted up like a pretzel- but how about just sitting quietly with some soft music? Or how about a nice bubble bath to relax in? Or a walk in the park?
Basically do something that you personally find relaxing. Take the time to step back a little. You know your schedule. Take a serious look at it and pencil in some time for you.
The time set aside to relax and rejuvenate is not a waste of time- it is an investment in your own well-being- a very important investment indeed.
