Keep it calm…your attitude. Sometimes it’s tough to do, especially when you have someone loudly disagreeing with you. It’s easy to fall into the trap of yelling back or getting into a bad mood.
But if you can stay in a calmer frame of mind it can be of great advantage to you. Take a breath, step back, put yourself in the other person’s shoes to see why they may be acting the way they are- if you can identify with the problem you can be more compassionate.
When you walk away switch it off. Think of something you enjoy or someone you love. Stay in that space as long as you can.
