It helps…being grateful. It helps you get through your day on a more positive note. We know that we get more of what we focus on. So do we want to bring more lack into our lives or more abundance. If we “count our blessings” then not only do we feel better (come on- you know you do feel better when you feel good about something) but we open the door for more abundance to find its way in.
So what are we letting in then? What do we choose to let in? Think about it.
