Are you writing them down- not only your goals but also any ideas that pop into your head?
How many times have we thought of something and then said to ourselves “Hey, that’s a great idea” but then we forgot all about it when we get home?
Keep a little pad of paper & pen with you to jot these things down, so they will not slip out of your mind. Keep a list of the tasks you want to complete daily as well- it is so motivating to be able to cross those things off your list as “completed”
Writing things down gives you tremendous power and confidence. It gives you a blueprint for your plans.
