Be Good To You

It’s great to get things done and it’s wonderful to be on top of things. It’s a good feeling to have that list in front of you and cross things off it.

But then there are times when your thoughts are telling you “Let’s take a break fr awhile. Let’s relax and shift our focus.”

Honor those times. You inner you knows what is best for you. We can’t keep moving 100% of the time, but the trick is to learn to allow yourself to relax a little.

Do what pleases you. Do what slows you down. Think of it as “therapeutic time”
