Make that list- go ahead and do it- make a lost of things you like to do. Things that maybe you have pushed aside for awhile now. You’re feeling tense, you know you need a break (even a little one) but yet you ignore all the signals you’re getting from your body that you need to take it down a notch.
Take one thing from that list and make a commitment to do it. Right now. Decide when- what day and what time.
Mark it on your calendar or put it in your phone as a reminder. Then do it. Cross one of those things off your list each week. And if you want to do one of then more than once then why not?
