They can help us…the mistakes we make. But it all depends on how we view them.
If we absolutely dread them and if we just make the decision to dwell on the negative side of them saying something like “Damn, I made a mistake, I’m just no good at anything” then that pain will stay with us- none of the benefit but just the pain.
If we welcome mistakes and say something like “Okay, I made a mistake here, but at least I know this way won’t work- I will try another method” then the benefit will stay withus- and the pain will take a powder.
