Watch your words. Watch what you say. Your words have the ability to encourage and soothe. They have the ability to bring a smile to someone’s face and to encourage them to take those first steps. They have the ability to send a heart soaring.
But they also have the ability to destroy hope. They have the ability to ruin a day. They have the ability to instill fear where there was none before.
Watch your words. Make them kind and uplifting. If you must criticize, then do it constructively. Don’t blindly shoot out cruel things. Once those words are out you can’t take them back. Words are powerful. Use them for good.
Sitting there mulling over your future? Wondering which way to go? Losing sleep at night because of uncertainty?
Get unstuck! Take the first step and do something, anything to get you moving again. Even if it turns out not to be the right thing.
The fact that you took action motivates you to keep moving and moving feels good. It motivates you to take the next step, and he one after that and, well, you get the picture. So stop for a moment and pick out even the tiniest thing you can o today to start you on your path. it doesn’t matter how small it is. It could be mailing a letter, making a list, going to the library to get that book that you think might help you- but do it! You don’t have to change the world in one day but you do have to “Un -stick yourself” to start the journey:)
Your life- it’s what you think it will be. Henry Ford tells us that whether we think we can or whether we think we can’t that we are right.
Your thoughts and feelings really do shape your life and what happens to you. And if you look back, you’ll see that Henry is right. When you’ve expected things to go well, when you’ve put a smile on your face and stepped out into the world with confidence, then, well, good things have happened. Am I right? Now, be honest… But when you expected things to go wrong, when you got up in a bad mood, rushed around, yelled and screamed that life just isn’t fair then what has it gotten you? Yep, you remember that, don’t you?
So tomorrow, sit down and plan your day the way you want to unfold. Run through that day in your mind and see it going as smooth as silk. Then relax and let it happen just that way:)
Welcome to Happy Pets. This is a group formed for pet lovers (and all animal lovers) to post stories and pictures of their pets and other animals. Animals bring such joy into our lives. And we’d love to hear your stories about your wonderful pets and what they mean to you!
Even when your boss yells at you, your spouse ignores you, your friends don’t call you, and the whole world seems against you there is one thing for sure- our animals are there and love us unconditionally. They are always glad to see us and ready with a soft purr or a wag of a tail. Our animals love us just the way we are. We are the center of their world. Doesn’t that make you feel great!
So please, join the group today! We look forward to learning more about you and your beloved pets! Just look for the group “Happy Pets” on facebook with the picture of little Tiffany here:)
And if you are an organization that helps animals, please feel free to post any events you have coming up or info that you may have so people can see the good you do!
Want the Law of Attraction to bring more abundance into your life? Then try “paying it forward” When you give freely to others you show that your heart is open. You show that you do not fear that there will never be enough. And because you do these things the universe takes notice. Because you give freely to others the universe will do the same for you.
Fear and lack have no place in this scheme of things. If you show fear and worry that you will never have enough then all you will experience is fear and lack. But when you show generosity then it is shown to you.
Don’t believe me? Why not try it for yourself? I think you will be amazed at the results. And it feels good, really good to give:)
Appreciate, don’t complain! Before you open your mouth and say something that brings everybody’s mood down twenty notches think about what you’re gonna say.
Stop and find he good in each situation. it’s there- it always is- but sometimes it’s like the prize in the Cracker Jack box (remember them?)-you have to dig for it.
But when you do, when you dig down deep inside you, you find happy things to say. You find uplifting things to say. You can help change the mood of a whole group of people-just like that! If you don’t believe me then try it out for yourself. Why feel (and act) miserable when you don’t have to? There’s a whole new world waiting for you and it’s a lot happier than the one you’re in now:)
