I said “you” think about you. Follow your heart and not the wishes of your Aunt Fannie. She has her way and you have yours. Do what feels right to you:)
It just means that you recognize these things and understand their nature, and that you allow these moods to blow over before you take action you might regret. You wait for the “storm” to blow over:)
It may come in an overheard conversation or on a billboard. It might come from a page in a book that you randomly opened. It might come from a distant memory but it will come if you are ready to accept it:)
When that hour is up try it for another hour. You just might feel so good you’ll decide to believe in yourself permanently and that’s when the real miracles start:)
Be calm, since there’s no sense in getting upset over things. Nope, there’s no sense in going 90 mph on the highway…you really won’t get there any faster, in fact, you’ll probably get slowed down by that police officer giving you a ticket. No sense in yelling either…most people just turn you off and then you end up with a big headache…and standing by yourself.
Your best plan of action is to just things slide and unfold as they should:)
You would feel the joy and confidence that we are all meant to feel and each day would be a celebration and not cause for a “mental funeral”
The next time you have an urge to put yourself down stop and remember these words. Stop and realize how wonderful your life could be if you just believed in you:)
Help somebody. Whether it’s through a service or the giving of your time, money or even a smile…help somebody else. When you help somebody else you also help yourself. We are all here for a reason. Our great Universe always watches and rewards compassion and charity with some compassion and charity of its own…towards you!
