Think Solution Not Problem


Think solution and not problem. Focusing on a problem only brings you more problems and makes the whole thing one very big frustration. But when your mind focuses on finding a solution, of finding a way out of the chaos, you very often find them.

The key is to accept the problem and then accept that there is a solution or at least a way to improve it. Sit quietly and let the ideas flow. Concentrate on feeling better (and less flustered) See something better coming along to improve your situation. And always remember that your attitude towards a problem plays a big part in how things unfold, so put your best foot forward:)
